Business Scorecard Business

Scorecards are used to measure how well a vendor is meeting a company's expectations or requirements. Many companies use scorecards to determine which vendors to use, to reduce costs, or to bring a vendor into compliance. Scorecards can be used by a company to measure itself, using its customer's expectations and requirements. This is very useful in preventing or mitigating customer dissatisfaction and complaints. How does a company know how its customers view it, unless the company reviews itself by the same criteria? A company will know the customer is dissatisfied when it gets hit with a penalty (charge back) or worse, loses the customer's business. We believe it is better to be pro-active and measure ourselves the way that our customer measures us.
